One big big thing to note about Elua is that Consent is All. Consent is so important to him that he enshrined it as the one cardinal law of the country he founded, Love As Thou Wilt. Meaning tha whatever you want is fine, so long as you want to. He hasn't tried as much as some people, but he's more than willing to try out just about anything new.
He can and will top and he can dom, but he's not the conventional sort of dom. He loves sex, and isn't too concerned about monogamy. Sex is not just for people who are in love, it's for joy and pleasure and companionship. But he loves pretty much everyone, which is also important to note.
